I cannot find my notes on where I found it out of these 3 places. I do not have any further info. What I was interested in is my Kinney ancestor who cane to the area that became 1st Jackson County, later Clarke County who was said to be Scotch-Irish from NC. I am also interested an any of these eairly "Fort" or "Colony" setlements in Georgia from the late 1700's expecial Fort Strong and the Talassee Colony.
