Thanks to all who helped with this lookup. I have the info now. Tapley B. Tolbet was not in Clarke Co. but was, instead in Madison Co., GA. Tapley died in 1837 and his widow, Sarah Tolbert, is shown in 1840 with children - Madison Co., GA. Thanks again.
