I am researching the SCROGGIN family of Clarke Co during the late 1790's. George SCROGGIN won land in the GA land lottery in Jones Co, GA and removed to that county. His probable brother Chattin Doggett SCROGGIN was also a resident of Jackson Co, GA as was the NALL family who removed with the SCROGGIN family on from GA to MS.
