According to the Clarke County Will Book 1822-1842 a will is listed for John Lee and probated on 3 July 1837. It lists spouse Elizabeth Lee and children: John W. Lee; william F. Lee; Joel W. Lee; and absolem E. Lee who was born in 1836. My main interest is the first child John W. Lee. I have a John Wesley Lee in my tree, and am wondering if anyone knows what the W. stands for in this John W. Lee's name? My John W. Lee was born 1832, which might be about right for this one too.
