William HAILE in Clarke Co 1826. Have found Arthur b1769 and Mary b1774 Cooper as possible parents of Elizabeth on 1850 Clarke Co census. Your Thomas would seem to have been about the same age as Elizabeth. Wonder if you might see any connection.
