Clark County, Georgia Clark County, Georgia Marriage Records documents the marriage of Ellis Willoughby and Elizabeth Durham on 31 Dec 1829. No Estate Papers are found for Ellis. Upon his death, Circa 1841, his brother David was called upon to be guardian of five known minors.
