This was signed by Benjamin, Elisha M and Henry made mark, before Asa M. Jackson. Undoubtly the Loving ch in Elisha Mack's HH were brother and sister of his wife Maria (Mariah) Loving. In Clark County, GA, Guardian Bonds Book C, 1849-1852, Benjamin Peeler, Elisha Mack and Henry Peeler, are bound to Justices in the sum of $500.00 on Nov 4, 1850, when Benjamine is appointed Guardian of Mary Ann Loving and William Pickney Loving.......minors of Sanford Loving, Dec. It was signed by Benjamin, Elisha and Henry made mark, before Asa M. Jackson. In the 1850 Clark County, Ga. Census Mary and Pinkney were in the HH with Elisha Mack Peeler. Elisha married Mariah Loving and these must have been her brother and sister.
