I have a double Jackson connection moving out of North Carolina into Wilkes, Clarke and Oconee Counties in Georgia. Direct ancestors with the Jackson surname include Drury Jackson 1748-1792; Hartwell Jackson 1777-1859; Elizabeth Jackson Sutton 1770-1845; Hillman Jackson 1821-1873 and Myra Jackson Griffeth 1855-1930. I have limited information about these and something less about their siblings.

Deanna - I have a few Athens Directorys, including one from 1926-27 and one from 1937. Peter Nealy is listed in the 1926-27 book at 267 Fourth St., with wife Fannie. Neither is listed in the 1937 book. I looked for Neely and Nealy. Also, neither is listed in the Athens Cemetery Book. Sorry I cannot be more help. Good luck.
