Hello List, I am searching for information on the family of James Jackson ELLIOTT, born about 1817 in GA. He married Matilda Freeman, born about 1825 in GA. They were in WHITE County, GA in 1860, in FORSYTH County, GA in 1870, and in CHEROKEE County, GA in 1880. The children I have listed for them are: 1. MARTHA A., born about 1847 in GA 2. CICERO COLUMBUS, born about 1848 in WHITE County, GA. (this info from his marriage record). CICERO COLUMBUS ELLIOTT married 5 Feb 1878 in FORSYTH County, GA to Sarah DOOLY. They are enumerated on the 1880 FORSYTH County, GA Census with a son, Robert E. ELLIOTT, age 1. This is the couple I am trying to trace. I can't find them anywhere after the 1880 census.
