Looking for any information on a Hobgood family in Cherokee Co., GA. Gail Brown gbrown@hiwaay.net

Susan Hobgood married James Craig in Cherokee County (I think it was around 1853, I have just bought a Mac and can't transfer files from my PC yet). I am descended from this line. I believe that Susan was possibly the daughter of Lewis Hobgood, who is buried at Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church cemetery near Waleska in the Sallacoa area. Does this connect with your line?
