Hello, I'm looking for any information or anyone else who is researching Samuel Howard. I know that he obtained land in Muscogee during the 1827 Land Lottery. I believe he was in Jasper County at the time. According to recently discovered estate records, I have found that he had land in Muscogee, Marion, Decatur and Cherokee Counties. After his death (abt. September 1843), the majority of his family moved to Meriwether County. I would greatly appreciate any information anyone might have of Samuel or his family (listed below). Thanks so much!
