    3. Rebecca: My gr grandfather, Wm Samuel Puckett, had three siblings who married into the families of three of the surnames you listed that you are also researching. The eldest sister, Mary Ann Puckett, married Wm Lawrence Hogan, II, in Randolph Co. AL & lived in Haralson Co. GA. Another sister, the youngest, Mittie, married Peter E. Hembree. I don't know where they lived but I found Mittie & her in-laws in the 1880 Troup Co. census. Her husband wasn't listed in the h/h in that census. A brother, James Tillero Puckett married Eliza Clementine Duke in Cherokee Co. AL & they lived their lives in Upshur Co, TX. These Pucketts were the children of Andrew Jackson Puckett & Frances (Roberts) Puckett who married in 1837, Coweta Co. GA. There were other siblings too & they married Fuller, Grubbs & Duncan/Dunkin. Would you happen to have these folks in your records? The family lived in various counties in GA, AL & TX, including Cherokee Co. Thanks, Diane P.
