Since we don't know my gg grandfather's first name, anything is possible. However, I think my Brooks name might be Doctor. That is all any of my family ever heard him called and they all thought he was a doctor. After researching many families in that time frame who for some reason named their kids with the given name of Doctor, I'm thinking that was probably the case with our Dr Brooks.
