In Cherokee County Georgia Marriages Book B, Grooms, they have John B Banister married a Harriett E Paxton on Jan 24th 1854 ( B224) Also a Newman Banister Married a Catherine Jackson on Sep 12, 1850 (B077) Could someone tell me what information they gave on a Marriage Lic in Georgia at that time. Did they give the age of the person or any personal information ? Would it be worth the time to send for a copy of a Lic that far back? I appreciate any help Thank you Don
