Hello, I am new to this list and hope that someone can help me. I am looking for information on the family of my great grandfather, William Lowe. He was born in 1847 in Newton Co., Georgia, he lived most of his life in Chattooga Co., my grandmother was born in Subligna in 1888, her name was Kate Alice Lowe. William married Sarah Burton in 1879, she was from Alabama. After she died, he married Minnie Johnston of Tennessee. William served 2 terms as a State Representative for Georgia and he died in Chattooga County 1/4/1904. Anything would help. Thank you, Joan Peacor
