In 1891 Lyerly was est. (This home was built then. According to what I have been able to put together.) Largely due to Angus Mcleod and his efforts. His second-born child married A. R. Foster, son of K. R. & Malissa Foster of Foster's Store, GA. Her name was Sally. They had six children and A. R died at 35 yrs old of some illness. Might anyone know anything about this family of Chattooga Co and their home??? I am in touch with Mr. Jones who owns the home. Thanks for any leads to the history of this home and it's family.
