Today, about 4 month late, I renewed my membership in the Chattooga County Historical Society, having been a member for a number of years. The Society publishes a quarterly journal which is full of historical information about the county and the families that are or have been a part of the history. I find something of interest in each issue including a great deal of information about my Chattooga County families. Obviously, I recommend participation. the quarterly has been a great help to me in providing leads on my family lines.
