I need to locate the exact record in the courthouse. They won't do searches for me. I have the description of the farm by Bob Baker's book. Robert Foster had a Melville P. O. and lived between the Chattooga River and Taliaferro Springs. 1/2 mile from the Taliaferro farm. He died in 1868 and is buried in Lyerly with the rest of the family. After I sent this message I found your email-whew thought I lost that. Another question, you mentioned wanting to take a look at the land . Do you have family that lived there?
