For example Lastname,Firstname,Lastname2,Firstname2,Date,Book,page Jones, Larry W., Smith, Mary Jane,11 Dec. 1850,A,235 This this can be opened with Excel as a comma delimited file and very little adjustment except for column width and column naming has to be done.
