Thomas JORDAN was a member of the Columbian Lodge, No. 7, Columbus, Georgia, in 1854 (according to the GA Lodge Book for that year). Does anyone happen to have the Columbus City Directory for 1850, or any other information on Jordans in Columbus around that time? I suspect that is my g2gpa Thomas, who was an active Mason - I know he lived near Columbus after the war (actually across the state line in Girard, AL), but had figured he was living in Montgomery in the 1850s, since he did some printing work there in 1850-52 - maybe he commuted?
