Sorryeeee. I don't have a "list" but I promise not to do > it again. New at all this. My copy says it went to > GACHATHA-L@rootsweb.com only..... > **** > Cheers, > Brice Most likely it is the Klez virus being sent by unknown persons - whose machines are infected with the same and who also have your email address in their address book. Most likely they don't know they have a virus. Klez ALWAYS spoofs (lies about) who sent the mail, by picking an address at random from the sender's address book and labeling sent mail as coming from the address it picks. It also pics subject lines at random from the sender's mail program. One can read more about this virus at most of the anti-virus web sites or do a search for the same at http://www.google.com > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Darleen Miller" <bavarianscot9@juno.com> > To: <GACHATHA-L@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Wednesday, January 15, 2003 5:19 AM > Subject: [GACHATHAM] Problem on Chatham List ------------------------------------------------------via webmail---- Tim Stowell tstowell@chattanooga.net
