Darlene, My Grandfather and his brother worked there in the late 1940's and to about the 1960's. I had heard almost 30 years, but not sure. His name was John J. Wilson, worked as a guard for the county chain gang. I'm not sure what years he worked there total, but the 1930 census shows he was a guard at that time.
