Am looking for someone that might be able to do a lookup for me on the 1860 Chatham County, GA census. Not sure of the parents names, but the children would be Robert CARTER and brother Ben, or Benjamin. In 1860, Robert would be about 4 yrs old and the 1870 sensus he'd be 16 years old. Ben should be about 3 years younger than Robert. Robert married Josephine LIGHTSEY in September 5, 1875 and is on the 1880 census as having a brother "Ben" living with him as well as his wife Josephine and his 2 yr old daughter Mary. This is from an E-mail I got from Marty MORGAN a couple of weeks ago. Any help on this would certainly be appreciated. I'd given up trying to do any search on my own direct line to Robert since we'd not known if he even had any siblings. Don't know of his parents either. Bob Carter Greensboro, NC
