Can someone tell me where "Lover's Lane" was located in the 1866 time-frame? I have found some relatives that were living in Thunderbolt at the time. There are several deaths of children with the same surname, but their residence is only shown as "Lover's Lane" Thanks in advance! Peter Nesbitt Texas
LOVERS LANE, from S.F. & W. Ry. opp. Anderson, e beyond Limits That's from the 1885 City Directory. The S.F.& W. is the rail line that bisects Savannah Southwest to Northeast. You'll see the railway on the maps of Savannah at: http://www.libs.uga.edu/darchive/hargrett/maps/maps.html Frank J. -----Original Message----- From: Peter Nesbitt [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, June 25, 2001 3:20 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [GACHATHAM] Where was Lover's Lane in 1866?
