According to my records she was the daughter of Elizabeth Haupt and related to Andrew J Haupt and James L.Haupt (brothers?).

Good morning - Elizabeth Haupt did have a daughter name Mary S. Haupt. She married Dr. Posey in 1838 and died in 1852. Mary S. Haupt in this obit is apparently the daughter of Samuel Beecroft and Elizabeth Williams Haupt, born 12 Nov. 1852 died 30 Nov. 1861.
