Cartwright of Carroll County, Ga., our attorney - in fact, with authority for us and in our names to receive all, or any money derived from the sale of the estate of Mary A. Cartwright and due to us as heir of the said Mary Cartwright, and in our name to institute such actions or legal proceeding as may be necessary for the recovery of same and for us and in our name to execute and deliver proper acquittances and receipt for such sum or sums of money as may be collected by him. The estate of the said Mary A. Cartwright being situated in the County of Carroll of the State of Georgia. We hereby ratify and confirm all such lawful acts and as our said attorney may do or perform in the premises.
