Hi, In 1996-7 I was researching in the Carroll County area and discovered a Research Study being conducted by a "Mr HOUSE" at the Western Georgia University in Carrollton, GA. They were studying the lives of the residents of Carroll County during the Civil War era. Perhaps this the source being referred to. My family was fairly well represented in the Carroll and Coweta Counties during the time being researched. Hal in FL
