Will of Jesse Warren State of Georgia, Carroll County Filed May 3, 1881 By R. L. Richards, Ordinary of said county; To all whom these presents shall come greeting; Know ye that on the 3rd day of May 1881 the last Will and Testament of Jesse Warren, late of said county, deceased, was exhibited in open Court and in common form admitted to record, a copy of which is hereto annexed, and administration of all and singular, the goods and chattels, rights and credits, lands and tenements of said deceased, was granted to Elisha Gentry, the Executor in and by said Will granted and appointed, they having first taken the oath, and performed all other requisites required by law and by order of said Ordinary by witness of these presents legally authorized to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits, lands and tenements of said deceased according to the ?? and effect of said Will and Testament and according to Law; and are hereby required to render a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, lands, tenements of said deceased. And appraisments returned to the Ordinary of their actions and doings yearly until such Administration is fully completed. Witness my hand and Seal of Office this 3rd day of May 1881. R.L.
