Seeking information on WILLIAM J. FOWLER (1849-1919) possibly living in Carroll Co. in 1870 or 1880 with wife ----- OWENS and possibly brother GEORGE W. FOWLER (1852-1928). Children were supposedly LUTHER FOWLER (1885-1937), LULA FOWLER, CECIL FOWLER (female), WALTER FOWLER & JOHN FOWLER. -----Owens may have died and may be buried in Carroll County. William may have taken the children and moved to Hightower, Cleburne Co., AL. There is a second wife, SARAH MARGARET FOWLER and 4 more children, Annie, Lee, Warner and Fred.. WILLIAM J. FOWLER is buried in cemetery at Ranburne Baptist Church in Ranburne, Ala., along with second wife SARAH MARGARET FOWLER and brother GEORGE WILSON FOWLER. Many Fowlers there, but no Owens.
