I at this time don't know, but since my family, which includes the Cochran surname, is from that vicinity I'd like to know more if any one can contribute. My grandfather George William Brock first married Mary Francs Cochran there and she died at age 35, after having having five children. I suspect her family must have included Silas. But suspicions aren't genealogy. Help!
