I am searching for information on James M. Phillips, born 9/4/1845, maybe in Carroll County, Georgia. He married, Sarah Rooks in Carroll County. I think that one of their children's name was Hattie Lee, who married a David, or Dave Cook of Carroll County, Georgia. Hattie Lee Phillips is my great-grandmother.
