Sorry this is so delayed. Did anyone ever answer your question? Are you aware of the book AT HOME IN CARROLLTON 1827-1994, published by the Carroll County Historical Society. I know it's not on all of Carroll County, but it's an excellent resource for Carrollton. Susan
