Nancy, Yes, James Chandler is a brother of my Robert Allen Chandler(1830-1893) who married Sarah E. Smith in Burke County in 1867. He also had a brother named William and three sisters. Their father was George Chandler and I am still searching for George's parents. Thanks fo your reply.
