I have had several e-mails about where to get a copy of the article. I found it at our local Genealogy library. The Quarterly is pusblished by the National Genealogical Society. Dumont was a former president and was at one time the Editor of the Quarterly and lived in Augusta, GA. I would contact the NGS. I think they are in Washington, DC. (They used to be, at least.)
