Service records of the Infantry Regiments may be found in Henderson's Roster of the Confederate Soldiers of Georgia. I have a note on my website regarding the 21st Cavalry Battalion NOTE: Organized Summer l862; merged with 7th GA Cav (which see) Spring l864. There was also a 21st Cavalry State Guards.
