Hello All! Well we are now less than one month away from the highly-anticipated HODGES reunion! I have really lost count of who all is coming or not coming. Plus I know that plans change, so some of you may have changed your minds. The purpose of this email is to touch base with everyone and get a good idea of who all is coming. I would ask that you take a minute or two and answer the following questions for me. I am going to snail mail a flyer out within the next week with all the information and directions and such. Quick reminder: The reunion is Saturday, June 24 in Statesboro. It will begin at noon and attendees are asked to bring their own picnic lunch. 1. What is your mailing address? ( for the flyer ) 2. Will you be able to attend the reunion and if so, how many will be in your group? 3. Remind me again of your direct line on down from Joshua Hodges, SR. 4. If you have told anyone by word of mouth about the reunion and you would like a flyer mailed to them, please give me their name and address. Also, if you already know they are coming or not coming, please let me know. If you will not be able to attend the reunion, OR if you have ended up on this list by accident and have no idea who the Hodges are, OR you are simply not interested, please let me know as well. I would like to get the flyer out ASAP, so please respond as soon as you can. I also need a head count for any materials that might be distributed at the reunion.
