Hi Joey, The only one of your Browns I have in my database is James H. Brown. I don't have parents listed for him, but because of the birth date, I think he is the same one. James H. Brown, b. 4 Jan 1844, Bulloch Co., d. 15 Dec 1917, buried at Evergreen Baptist Cemetery. He was a confederate veteran. Jim married Roxann Boyett, b. 8 Nov 1838, d. 3 Jun 1906. Roxann was the daughter of Seth Boyett and Patience Moore. While he lived most of his life in Tattnall County, GA, his farm and blacksmith's shop were cut off into Candler Co., GA. I have children and grandchildren listed for him. If you are interested, let me know and I'll post them. If no one on the Bulloch list has information on Joseph Emanuel Brown, you might try posting to the Emanuel list, I seem to remember some posts a while back regarding this family.
