Nancy, I want to add to the Upper Mill Creek Cemetery. The Graves of Willie Mae Williams Crosby and Douglas Leroy Crosby have a shared stone. Since she surveyed this cemetery an addition was added to their grave stone On the back is written. This Is Our Mother, then our names, then on the other side Though Not our Father Thru Birth He Was Our Father thru Love. Douglas Crosby was our step father. The children all had different last names. Carolyn Jones, Donna Jones, James Hugh Taylor, Sonja Mae Taylor, Alma Angela Williams, Wilson Wendell Williams Dennis W. Williams. The family added this addition because people have added me and my siblings names to genealogy records as Crosby. James Coleman wrote a book and even though he is a cousin added us as Crosbys. Most of the people in this cemetery are related to me. Willie Mae Williams Crosby was the daughter of Willie O. Williams and Mary Brannen Williams.
