Hi Cousins, A very nice volunteer at the Savannah Library did some lookups for my Knights for me and came up with the following info. I figure you folks have been doing Bulloch Co.Knights research far longer than I have, so let me know if this is accurate, please. "There is a Knight cemetery in the Leefield area, no tombstones. It is said there are 5 graves there. One is the grave of Joseph S. Knight. A Joseph Knight (same guy?) came from England with a land grant from the king for 5,600+ acres. The deed was on parchment dated 1776. the deed was a family treasure and was burned in a house fire." Supposedly, the above information was provided to some library source by a Willie Knight.
