He was a private in the Georgia Militia. He died in 1821 in Bulloch County. JAMES WILLIAMS Born in 1757 in North Carolina, the son of DAVID WILLIAMS. Married in 1777 to ELIZABETH CALLAWAY, born in 1759 in North Carolina. He served in both North Carolina and Georgia and was in the Battle of Kettle Creek. He was granted land in Effingham County. That land was in Bulloch County from 1796. He died in 1817 in Bulloch County. SETH WILLIAMS Born in 1760 in Duplin County, North Carolina, the son of WILLIAM WILLIAMS. Married circa 1790 in Burke County to ELIZABETH GODFREY, born in 1773 in North Carolina, daughter of ENOCH GODFREY. He was a private in the North Carolina Militia. He died in 1827 in Bulloch County. SAMUEL WILLIAMS Born in 1769 in Duplin County, North Carolina, the son of WILLIAM WILLIAMS. Married in 1784 in Effingham County to DELILAH NEVILL, born in 1770 in St. Matthew's Parish, the daughter of JOHN NEVILL and FRANCES ANN MIXON. He was a private in the North Carolina Militia. He died in 1817 in Bulloch County.
