Do you know if this Duggar family (David>Henry>Welthann) is related to the William Duggar (b. abt. 1803 Bulloch Co.) married to Margaret "Mary Ann" Futch, (b. 1807 Bulloch Co.)? Was wondering, since similar names show up for children, including a Welthy Ann, b. 1833. I don't know when this William Duggar family moved from Bulloch Co. to Florida.
