According the the book "Spirit of the People, Celebrating 200 Yrs. of Bulloch County History, 1796-1996" , the town of Eureka was chartered by the Postal Service to the name of Zoar on Mar. 13, 1881. The citizens wanted the name of Eureka but another city in the state was already named Eureka. The service was discontinued in 1905. Don't know if this has anything to do with the Zoar Mission.
