Jan, In answer to your question: Yes, Nina McElveen is a sister of Wilbur. Below is a list of the children of Moses Jackson McElveen & Laura Ann Lee. Allen Harold McElveen b.23 Apr 1909 d.18 Oct 1998 m. D.Akins 7. Wilbur Vincent McElveen b.22 Sept 1911 d.18 May 1995 m. Sybil Anderson. 8. Judson McElveen All are now deceased.
