    1. "VINEY" BENNETT MALLARD of Bulloch County
    2. I'm trying to track down the family of my husband's great-great grandmother, who is referred to by the nickname 'VINEY' on her headstone in the Upper Lotts Creek Church Cemetery in Bulloch County, Georgia. I know she is a BENNETT from Georgia, born (probably in Bulloch County) in 1844, died in Bulloch County in 1917, and married to Bulloch County native GEORGE MALLARD (1844-1905). There are two Bennett heads of household I've found listed in the 1850 and/or 1860 U.S. Censuses for Bulloch County - ZACHARIAH Bennett and BARNABAS Bennett. One had a daughter, "Lavinia," and another had a daughter, "Hannah." Either of these in my opinion could have been Viney Bennett Mallard, who many believe was born "Vianna." She is referred to as "Hanner" in one census record taken after she'd married George Mallard. I'd be very grateful to anyone who could help shed light on Viney Bennett and her family.
