Hi Sherry Good hearing from you again. We are dealing suspected Enoch DANIEL(s) cousins here. You are correct: (Capt) Enoch DANIEL (1799-1833) who md Analiza BIRD was son of Abraham DANIEL and Jane MOORE. (Abraham was thought to be a son of Aaron DANIEL, brother of Enoch Sr, but this is in question thanks to a bunch of solid DANIEL researchers.) His son Enoch, JR b c1800 md Sarah HENDRIX. Enoch Sr's daughter, Rhoda, married two of my HUDSONs (Robert and Nathaniel) in around Effingham/Screven area. I have Enoch Daniel b. May 03, 1799 d. August 26, 1883, married to Ann Elizabeth Bird, and he was the son of Abram/Abraham Daniel and Jane Moore. Also have Enoch Daniel b. c. 1761 d. c. 1834 in Alachua Co FL who married Sarah Dell (Deal). Was Enoch 1799 the son of Enoch 1761 or was he the son of Abram/Abraham, or were there two Enoch's born about the same time.....one to Abram/Abraham and one to Enoch (since there is obviously a Sr. and Jr.)? Hope I'm making sense...... Thanks Sherry
Betty, I attempted to send you the scanned pages of the church history booklet, but got an error message each time. Is there another address I can send them to? Kelli Mallard

Good evening Dot! I just now finished scanning the booklet. It is 20 pages, but I will "try" to get it into one file. I'm still learning! I hope you enjoy it - not only does it have a wealth of family names shown, but also quite a good history of the church. I'll get it right on out to you! Kelli

Can someone tell me the location of Nevils Creek Primitive Baptist Church? I understand that the original church building was burned by Sherman's troops and the Church was rebuilt on another site. Where was the original site and was there a cemetery at the original site? Is the 2nd building site also the present day location? Thanks, Kathy in NC (native of Nevils community, Bulloch Co.)
