Ga Queries Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ga/Brooks/10488 Surname: Youmans, Fender, Sumner, Bamberg ------------------------- My grandmother, Johnie Alma Youmans and my grandfather,William Levi Sumner, were married at Rev Bryant's home in Quitman, Brook's Co., Ga. on Sept. 06,1899 Johnie Alma Youmans parents were Thomas Youmans and Marsilla Fender. Her siblings were Della Youmans Parrot, Bessie Youmans Scarborough, Essie Youmans Southaw and Fender Youmans and wife Mamie. I think Thomas Youmans was born abt. 1843 in Brooks Co., Ga. and I think Marsilla Fender was born abt. 1845 in SC.and her parents were Robert Martin Fender and Mary Elizabeth Bamberg. I cannot find any thing on My greatgrandfather Thomas Youmans. I have a picture of him. Please contact me by e-mail or phone.
