He was my great-grandfather. I believe he was born about 1846 but I do not know where. I know know nothing about his parents or any siblings. I do know that he was married twice and that he had 4 sons and 3 daughters by his first marriage to Charlotte E. Daniel. They are: 1. James A. "Jim" Dickinson b: 09-12-1870 2. Charlotte M. "Annie" Dickinson b: 01-14-1873 3. Samuel R. "Sam" Dickinson b: 08-15-1875 4. Jasper I. "Jas" Dickinson b:06-26-1877 5. Martha S. Dickinson b: 12-06-1879 d: 10-20-1883 6. Dorothy A. "Dolly" Dickinson b: 12-06-1881 7. Joselle?? M. "Joe" Dickinson b: 03-15-1886 He had 1 daughter and 3 sons by his second marriage to Della Ann Hartline. They are: 1. Sarah Estella Dickinson b: 09-11-1901 2. Phabeon Alexander Dickinson b: 08-14-1907 3. Hoke Smith Dickinson b: 10-18-1909 d: 12-12-1931 4.
