Doris, I have a cousin, Joe Mack O'NEAL who lives just over the FL/GA state line from Nankin, Brooks Co., GA in Madison Co., FL. He is a grandson of Lily Pearl RAMBO and her husband, Gilbert Burton O'NEAL. They are not buried at Nankin but across the state line in Harmony Baptist Church Cem., Madison Co., FL. I e-mailed Joe Mack Sunday night to see if he knew about John M. RAMBO and Mary Emma COLLINS RAMBO. Joe Mack responded that his grandmother, Lily Pearl and Great Aunt Jesse RAMBO were from the Nankin area of GA. He forgot to tell me the names of his great grandparents who may also be buried at Columbia Cemetery in Nankin. I'm waiting for that information. Lily Pearl's sister, Jesse RAMBO m. Bob EVERETT and had one son, Rayford and one daughter, Lucie Mae EVERETT. Lucie Mae EVERETT m. J. C. JARVIS. They built their home in the 1950's just past the old "Jim Surles place" in the Harmony area of Madison Co., FL. Lucie Mae still lives in that house but J. C. JARVIS died about 3 years ago. He also told me about another RAMBO relative who lives in the outskirts of Valdosta, Lowndes Co., GA. His name is Ned RAMBO and he is 93 years old! I just checked the current telephone directory for Valdosta, GA and found 8 listings for RAMBO. Let me know if you're interested in receiving the names and telephone numbers. I didn't find a listing for Ned Rambo, but did find one for W. N. Rambo. That might be Ned. I would think that he would be living with someone at his age. I checked the cemetery survey for Columbia Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery for your RAMBO relatives. This is what I found: Emma COLLINS RAMBO, b. Dec. 6, 1868, d. Oct. 27, 1946 w/o J. M. J. M.
