    2. Hi Everyone George F. Cherry is my 2nd great-grandfather. His 1st wife is my 2nd great-grandmother ( Mary E. Willingham ) they were married on April 29, 1855 in Chattahoochee Co. GA. I have the marriage license for them and also the license for him and Susan V. Paul. George and Mary's son is my great-grandfather ( Thomas Hudson Cherry ) and my grandfather is Robert Owen Cherry. I just recieved 2 obit notices for George F. Cherry from his death in 1884. One sayes he is buried in the family cemetry near his residence. I would be happy to exchange information with you.     3. Where was his residence?? The names are very similiar to my great grandmothers brothers one was Robert the other William Thomas and one had Franklin as his middle name.
