Hi http://www.ancestry.com/search/io/chooseco.asp?c=3&f7=GA I wanted to point this out to the lists, Ancestry.com has the Bibb County and Houston County Districts described, so that you can get an idea of where your ancestors actually lived by looking at a map. For instance, my Houston County ancestors lived in 5th District District 50 Militia district 771, Upper Fifth My Wilder family lived in Warrior District of Bibb County: District 4 Militia District 482, Warrior (part of) All south and east of a line beginning on the Knoxville road at the south boundary, thence up the same to Lizella road and on to the town of Lizella, amound the south boundary of Lizella to the Hamlin Road thence north along the Hamlin Road to the north boundary District 5 Militia district 482, Warrior (part of) All north and west of a line beginning on the Knoxville road at the south boundary, thence up the same to Lizella road and on to the town of Lizella, around the south boundary of Lizella to the Hamlin road, thence north along the Hamlin road to the north boundary. It does seem to be a bit of a lottery for which type of description you get but all Georgia counties are available. Good hunting, Gaila
